I am on the fence between having my 32 Plymouth body media blasted or dipped. I have talked to a guy here locally that dips and he comes highly recommended. The price is high too, $2800. I talked to a guy who will bead blast it for $750 - $800. I don't know anything about him. Can anyone recommend someone in NE Ohio to do the blasting? I am kind of leaning that way due to the price. My only hesitation is how to eleiminate or treat the rust in the seams. I have heard that OSPHO will seep into the seems and convert the rust. Any other input on this is welcome. Thanks, Brad
Try looking for one of the dustless blasting guys they are Mobil and will come to you. I had one car stripped with this method and was very happy with the results and will be getting my 31 done soon
yea, dipping is good,, but , you have to be concerned about getting all the soda out of the seams after dipping,, i would not spend that for dipping...nfw
