Anyone have a solution for leaking McLean wire wheels. They have been well taken care of for the last 38 years but are now starting to leak. These were set to run tubeless and I would like to stay that way.

  2. The set of McLean wheels I had used silicone to seal the spokes that protruded through wheel.

Have a set on my Model A from the 90's and this set of tire has a small leak broke it down 3 time and could not find leak.It has the silicon seal on the inner spokes.Soap tested a few times but no leak last week put some Slime in it seems to be ok will check later. It wouls take about 2 weeks to go all the way down.Bought these from Gary, boy I like to never got them from him.Thought I was going to fly to Calif to see him.

  4. I used tubes and some wheel liner (Rubber-bands) on my Borranis when I put on the Pirelli radials.
