It's a long weekend here and I have some photos of this annual event by the Wide Bay Rodders. They cater for all manner of cars, the Sunday show and shine had 572 entrants which is massive for our area. And there was rain on and off all weekend. Photos here are the observation run for entrants, the Saturday afternoon cruise open to all and the show. The cruise was along our beachfront Esplanade in Hervey Bay, and both sides were lined with spectators. At times all you could see both ways were rods, chrome bumper American and Aussie classics and muscle cars, and an These photos aren't mine but some have watermarks to credit owners. These are all hamb friendly, there were at least this many hot rods again that didn't make the period correct cut. Remember that any tri 5 Chev 4 door or Mustang will stop traffic here, no American car is really seen as pedestrian to us.
