Finishing the 01 F-150 so that it will be my tow vehicle to Lincoln for the Speedster Reunion. Figure the tax and license on a new truck would be enough to upgrade my current truck

I thought about going up there, but decided to work on the Model A instead. Kinda wish I would've gone.

    See you there.
I'm taking the wife so we have to take the dog and the dog stays in the bus. I'm trying to get the bus ready...easier than finding a hotel that accepts dogs.

Took the roadster out after work Friday. Beautiful evening in the 70's. It really runs good with the B distributor. Got some patch panels a while back, guess I'll learn how to do body work now...

I saw that David Frieburger went 208 in his Camaro on the last run of the Day.

I’ve read the articles that have been written in the Secrets of Speed. I think it’s amazing the time and work that has been put into producing a “new block”. I just can’t get past the fact that it’s made in China. I know a lot of our aftermarket parts are unfortunately made in China, but it seems weird to put a Chinese engine in a Henry Ford car. It’s too bad no foundry was able to compete in pricing to produce this “new block” here in America. Will this block be able to compete in events? To my knowledge the Donovan block is not allowed to compete. I know there are differences between the two blocks but I would think if the Burtz block is allowed to compete the Donovan should be as well. Just my thoughts, what do you guys think?
