It looks like it was in the microwave for a little too long.

From seeing that car around at the shows ( in it's primer stage), he picked the most challenging color to paint it. From what I have heard from this thread and all the work he has done to the body, that thing is flawless!!! Thanx for posting this Kev!!! KNUX!

  4. Great job there but I higthly recommend re installing the stock visor style headlites and Yes it STILL does look great!

If you ever get a chance to see the car in person it'll blow your mind!! I love Matt's car because it's different. He had vision and made it happen. Plus he had the best booth at the Primer Nationals. How the hell did he get 3 couches in there?:D -stick

Now that's about the ONLY car I've seen that gets away with the "modern" headlights (I reckon they're actually not that new anyway - '70s Porsche maybe?), and I'd say they suit it. The exception that proves the rule - now don't anyone else start getting ideas ;-)

I hope he takes it to Antioch this weekend. I loved it in primer, can't wait to actually lay my eyes on it now.

  10. Sweet ride. I'm pretty sure they are from a 50's era Porsche.

The car and the girl both have cute little bodies on them. The picture of it in traffic next to the Tahoe is incredible - the roof doesn't even come to the door sill on the truck.. wow.

Matt is a really down to earth guy. He told about the paint and saw at Primer Nats and was blown away. Him and Doug (Great painter and upholster) did a GREAT job!

Those so called "late model headlights" are from a 1955 porsche speedster.. wow, a 50's car and 50's headlights, go figure! He hates Mercedes headlights too you just like the rest of you assholes..

BTW Matt is sitting right next to me and wants to meet you Brandy at BP!

Id never seen it before this last weekend and pictures cant convey how FUGGIN LOW that thing is. the windshield is about the height of your thumb to pinky stretched out. and it cant be more than 3 feet tall overall. Out of all the cars at the harbor run I think that one in the parking lot took the cake for me.

  15. The headlights are from a 1966 an older VW bug. Porsche had them too.

Paint made a world of difference on that car. Seen it in person a few times. Still don't care for the chop though.

    nice paint.

to watch that car go through its progressions over the last couple of years or so is just amazing and now finished. Noble is a master. i sat and starred at that car in the shop for a couple hours just trying to find some for all the haters out there and couldnt find a thing wrong with it. door gaps are perfect trim lines up perfect. and the 110 mph run over to the fair grounds " just trying to break it " .
