Awesome. I just thinking the other day that I wish someone would post a thread of all the cool mags and slicks from the CHRR. Thanks Kev.

Shakey... You're going to have your own mag wheel museum if you keep buying all those wheels.:)
    I'm just jealous.

Thanks for putting this up. It could be a great guide for anyone trying to decide on a wheel/tire combintion. I've got a set of 8 1/2" big window Halibrands and a set of Halibrand 12 spokes that i'm contiplating putting on a gasser project this winter. I've thought about polishing them but after all of the work you just have to keep repeating the procedure over and over. Anyone know if you can keep them looking good without making a life work out of it?

    Frank,
Move to the desert or get fond of the natural aged look.

  16. Shakey Puddin......Man, you are sick! I would have that many wheels if only they averaged $30 each. But they don't so I collect gas pedals instead. Awesome collection. really look forward to seeing your Willys one day!

  17. Wonder why they didn't drill them further apart unless that back is webed or something ?

Someone really needs to repop the old Racemaster Dragster slicks. Love those things.

    Great thread!!!!

This is not the "real deal" but a low buck alternative.
Crappy pic but i bought Cragar Street Pro for my bucket an threw away the center cap.
    The slicks are Towel City.
