I have a 30 sedan that I’d like to lower the rear suspension 2-4” without channeling the body or modifying my frame. Are there any options available to me that don’t involve buying an expensive custom leaf spring? I’ve seen the T spring swap but am a little unsure on how to make up the difference in width? I’m running a 40 banjo rear that’s been converted to spring over using stock model A perches.

    thanks!

  2. You could take some leaves out of the spring you have, and reverse the main leaf, assuming it hasn't been reversed already.

If this is your first rodeo with model a springs you want to search the method of getting them apart safely

Listen to these guys^^^ use extreme caution if you plan to remove a spring perch bolt. C- clamps and spring removal tool a must unless you like massive injuries. Good luck
