   you could put a metal pan to catch the water attached to the bottom of the hood for support and to catch the water, with a drain hose on the corners.

   I used to know the exact number of louvers there were in Type 35 vs Type 37 Bugattis, got bloody fingertips form all of them. They look great to me, welcome to the bloody fingertip club!
