Louisiana Guys need Help

    Here's the deal guys i got a Louisiana bill of sale quite a few years ago
    the top was not filled in

    not sure what goes in the blank areas if any thing
    i bought the car on ebay and this is the paperwork i was sent

    it's notarized in Rapides parish the pressed seal name is
    different then the signed name the last names are the same
    maybe this i perfectly ok ?

    since my state accepts titles only
    with the blanks and different name i put this on hold till now

    any help would be gratefully appreciated

    Update

    After years of not dealing with this bill of sale problem
    mentioned in the thread
    Google there names found a phone number

    I just got off the phone with him seems he grabbed the
    wrong seal on the desk, he said he would correct it :)

    I really like the Chevy bumper on the 88 in your photo, very clean compared to the rather large and bulbous Olds bumper.

    It's a 55 Plymouth bumper a guy on Hamb ID it
    yes it has a clean look & lighter

    I blew an old title thru Fl. DMV years ago with a raised seal from the ship's library (I was stationed on Forrestal, CV-59 1977'1979), they didn't even look hard, just fingered raised seal and I was on my way.
