I'm reaching out to my HAMB family at the request of this guy's son. He was a major player in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma's hot rod scene in the 1960s. We know he built the truck after he got out of the service. It originally had a Mercury flathead and when sold it featured a small block and an alternator. He was an active member of a few car clubs. He and his wife kept exceptional photos and documents of their car club activities. Here's a few pics of life involving the truck. Any leads or ideas would be appreciated. Thank you!

    Warning! This thread is picture heavy! IMG_20190818_011649_1.jpeg IMG_20190818_011653.jpeg IMG_20190818_011659.jpeg IMG_20190818_011514.jpeg IMG_20190818_011709.jpeg

Here's the color pics and a last pic of the guys in the club! Hopefully if we can't find the truck, we'll be able to build a clone. IMG_20190818_011855.jpeg IMG_20190818_010300.jpeg IMG_20190818_011420.jpeg IMG_20190818_011407.jpeg IMG_20190818_010932.jpeg IMG_20190107_204630.jpeg

    Cool pictures.
Sure would be great to scan all these and post them here to document this Hotrod.
Man he had a lot of angel hair going on.
Really early to see a rear bed pan. Normally nerfs we’re used.
That interior is cool. Headlights super small for these years.

I agree. He definitely had his own style. I have documented several more aspects of his car clubs. Hopefully I can do a full thread of the club's history.
    Thank you!
