I lost my father some 25 years ago but he still lives on in my heart.

All great rodders aren't famous. He will be in the Dad's Hall of Fame because of the things you said that you remembered. Little things are more important in life, not big accomplishments. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
My dad took his life in 72, and I still love him and remember all the good things.

Good thoughts and prayers to you and yours. It's been right at two years since I lost mine. He was my best friend, my most trusted advisor and my most appreciated critic. I just wish I'd listened about twice as much and resented about half as much. I still think about him every day. You'll be okay but you'll never stop missing him. I remember that just got kicked in the gut feeling.
