Lost Bill Hines Car to debut at Billetproof Michigan

    Crazy how many people just seem to know everything in the first few posts of this thread. Just go's to show ya.....dont believe everything you read on the interwebs. Very cool find, and wish Bob all the luck with the car. Loved the story board that was with the car at Billetproof. What a story.

    Yes this is the orignal bat that my grandfather Bill Hines once owned and it was completed. The modifications you guys see on it now was done by my grandpa for the guy that bought it from him. He wanted his own version of batguess it never worked out,cool to see car re-surface, always knew from a kid that it was still out there.
    My dad Mike Hines has informed me that the top was cut off originaly to have bubble top, thats why there has been a stock top put back on. I know for fact this is the car and if my cousin Teddy confirmed it, then there ya'll have if folks.

    I found this togheter w/ my lil pages scans.
    I guess its from the ReC magazine that did that article few years ago.
    Or is this a top secret picture from back then? ;)
