I will be there for shure but just as a spectator the car and truck are no where close to being able to make a drive that far i barley trust the merc even around the block and the truck= no engine

tiki and i will be leaving from my shop in lawndale (right off the 405) at about 7:30(ish)

 

Funny how a few days ago I was feeeling like we might have a rain out and then today (bright sun and blue skys) I am pumped and ready to rock and roll.

Can't wait. See you all there.

 

Felt this one slipping through my hands for a while there, till my boss just gave me the green light to get the day off!! Hell yah! Be comin out from Ventura area with about 4-5 cars. Lookin forward to hangin out at the lake.

 

Wish I could go.

No booze in the original container. They will write you a ticket and throw you out. Been there, done that.

so be prepared to enjoy your beverages in a cup. Especially in the parking lot.

 

BTTT....forcast is sunny and 65 degrees....should be a nice day. hope to see you all there. the spot where we are going to have it overlooks the alke and has plenty of BBQ and tables....Bring your RED CUPS cause you are gonna need them.

We're still coming......trying to get a caravan from the 170 Hollywood Fwy??...maybe we'll come across and meet you all by the 5 fwy?? hmmm???.........

Directions:

- From the I-5, exit Lake Hughes Rd. and go east.
- Make a left on Ridge Route Rd.
- Turn right on Castaic Lake Dr. (there's a big fountain that says Lakeside)
- Proceed to the main entrance/gate/booth.
- Turn right just past the booth toward lots 3 and 4.
- Turn left and go up to lot 3. It's the top lot with lots of parking. The picnic area overlooks the lower lake. You'll see a couple EZ-Ups from the road.

CraigR, his car club brothers and myself will be meeting in Torrance some where at 7-7:30 or so, he is supposed to get the details soon and should post them, so maybe we all can meet up some where and all caravan in. Who is in for a large caravan?

Yep, The Autoholics will be meeting at Starlite 7am, then caravaning up to see how many of our bros make it down from Bakersfield!

Edgar, we're really excited that you guys are cruising out. Looking forward to hanging with everyone and enjoying all our cars at a nice location.

We're getting there early to start setting up. There's plenty of parking, lots of tables, benches, and a few bbq grills. When you guys roll in, look for us in the upper righthand lot.

I really wish I could fly down for this. I have to pick and choose my trips, said the warden.

I feel you man. TCB for the fam. We're going to be doing more stuff in the 818. Gotta get together with the Strays later this season. Maybe at the Mission right there in Sanfer. Stay tuned.
