Customs Looking for shoes for some sexy feet - with photo!

I have some sexy finned alloy drums coming my way for my '50 Olds 88 and I'm looking for shoes to match.
I have a tip from the seller of the drums recommending my shoes be re-shod with Ferrodo D3923 or Ferrodo D3920 material, but I've hit a wall with finding a shop in Texas, preferably close to Dallas, who still does re-lining of shoes.
Anyone have any done before or tips as to who might be good? or even possible?
