looking for info on this 38 Ford sedan

I've got this picture out of the 35th anniversary of Car Craft magazine and I'm looking for more info/pictures on the car.

Any info would be appreciated. It was in several magazines way back when too but I don't know the years and titles of them.

 

I think I have the original that it came from,my dad had a bunch of those small car magazines and they are around here somewhere. Jeff

 

I found the magazine its in and its not car craft but its in the may 1953 edition of HONK,this mag could of been what car craft developed from but if you need to know about it I have it in front of me. Jeff

 

I appreciate the info about the mag it's in. Now I can keep an eye out for it.

 

The car is neat as it has a hopped up lincoln V 12 and the front fenders are from a 40s pontiac and the rears from a 50 plymouth and the same with the bumpers along with plenty of other modifications. Jeff

 

A friend's dad and uncle built the car and I saw a magazine it was in years ago. The house the magazine was in burned down and we've been looking on and off for one of the magazines it was in for awhile.

 

It was called the Colorado Custom built by the Knezevich brothers of Pueblo CO.
Yes it's in the May 53 Honk issue. Pages 36-37 I'll get it scanned for you.
