lets start with, how is it pronounced? "hood-isle" "who-delay" "who-dial" ??? Is one year more desirable than another? Is the dampening linear in the arc, or is it progressive toward the ends of the arc?
Who die. Yes, one year is more desirable than another. Choose the year that fits your car best. I'm no expert, but I think the dampening is the same all through the arc.
