History Looking for car #22152508

Looking for the owner of a Plymouth/Chrysler car #22152508. I've been collecting paperwork, manuals, etc for my '51 Belvedere and in one of my finds it came with a "Final OK Tag" signed off by the inspector. I wish it were for my car, but sadly it's not. So I thought I'd post it here to see if I can find who actually has this car and offer up to send them this document on their car no charge. It's stamped "Aug 28, 1951".

Ha! It was hard not to put that in the post too verno30. Scotty T, I'll put out on p15 as well. Thanks for the reminder! I figure it will be a long shot that someone can claim it, but if it were for my car I'd want it. Just another part of the "sickness" I guess
