I'm rebuilding a 35-36 Ford banjo rear end and I'm having trouble finding the correct part numbers for the following: -2 Pinion bearings -Pinion bearing double race -The "pocket" bearing on the end of the pinion -2 Carrier bearings -2 Outer races for carrier bearings Thanks for the help!
Give the boys at the Hot Rod Works in Nampa Idaho a call, they will have everything you need in stock and are good guys to boot. We picked up a 36 rear at the LAR show last weekend that they set up for Gearhead Bill Dave http://www.hotrodworks.com/
dont have the numbers handy but ill second that. most any v-8 resto place have em all in stock. they aint cheap tho....
Do you have the old bearings??? If so, the number etched in to the bearings, are interchangeable (Bower/Timken etc) Timken bearing should be around $15 each, races and seals $8-10 each. Pretty cheap if you ask me. If you have trouble finding them, I have a good source, but need numbers.
well not to be a knowitall but the last time i bought a pinion race it was 50 or 60 bux and i recall the others were something like 35 each...hopefully you can get em cheaper.....
