History longest you have owned one classic/rod?

Bought my 58 ford in 1971 for $150.00 it is my first car and will never part with it! doesn't seem like i've had it 40 years but I have!

 

I've had my '40 Coupe since 1973.

 

Got my '55 Chevy 2 dr in 1970, my '32 Ford 2 dr in '80, and my '34 Chevy coupe in '82.

 

I have a Packard that my great grandmother bought new.. been in my custody for 20 years now...

 

My 55 Chevy 210 sedan got it in 1977... 34 years.

 

I bought my 65 Comet in the spring of 1967,never ending project!! ROY.

 

Got my 1939 Ford pickup in 1962 and has been hauling good stuff home since then!

 

12yrs is my record. Bought my old '66 GTA Fairlane in 1988 when my son was born and sold it in 2000 to build my 35 Chevy. My '46 Olds is a keeper.

 

Bought my 1932 Plymouth Model PB coupe in September 1962, 49 years ago this month. I restored it in '96-'97 and have driven it in 4 Great Races. In fact I drove it to work (25 miles) yesterday because the weather was so nice. I think I'll keep it a while longer...

 

I've had my 1940 Oz Dodge since September 1971......40yrs.........how time flies when ya havin' fun!!!!!!!..........lol

 

I owned my 63 Impala SS 409 w/PG trans, 355 rear for 3 years...

 

My pop bought me a 1931 Olds Cabrolet when I was born. It is still in the garage gets out a few times a year. First car that I bought was an OT 1969 AMX when I was 16. It hasn't been out of the barn in 20 years. I am 52 now.

 

I've had my Center Door since 1978 when I shipped it back to the UK from The Columbus Street Rod Nationals, where it had been driven down from Kitchener Ontario.
I have built if three times, the last build was 11 years ago and how it is now. Even got married in it. Had it for 33years so it's a keeper.

 

I have owned my 65 Vette for 28 years and my 72 Vette for 25 years.
Neither Hamb friendly but Classics indeed!

 

I've owned my non HAMB friendly 427 '71 Camaro since 1973.

 

I have a friend who built his '30 coupe in 49 or 50. .Still has ,car has been all over country, he is now in late 70's early 80's. Still drive it but stays local here in Orlando area.

 

I got mt 46 Plymouth business coupe in May, 71. Still trying to get started on it.

 

Been driving mine 38 yrs.

 

I've owned my 1956 Ford Customline since 1985, I have the original title and I'm the second owner.

 

My Anglia was my first car. I bought it in 1990 when I was 13. So that's 21 years.




My dad has had his truck since 1972. It was rebuilt twice while he had it. I am now rebuilding it my way.

my '48 Dodge pickup was purchased new by my great-grandfather...been in my care since '85

 

OT but 23 years so far.

 

I just traded off my '40 Hudson coupe that I got in '87 a couple of weeks ago for a pair of
OT '69 Rancheros

 

I have a friend who has a 1961 Kenworth semi. He bought it brand new, and still owns it today.

 

Owned my Judge since 1991. Bought it from the original owners son.

 

I remember that car from when I was younger. I live a few blocks from Manuel's old shop. Always wondered where some of the cars ended up!
