I've had this picture saved for years, but I cannot remember or find who built it. I'd like to find more pictures of the car if possible. Can you help a old man out ?
My memory ain't as good as it use to be but from what I can remember it looks a lot like Dreddybears coupe. HRP
Someone here said that you can do a search on google with a picture. I'd like to know that process. Don't remember that model A at all. Sorry.
Easiest way is to click on an image then drag it to and drop it into the "search" box on google that you normally would type into. You have to be on a PC (not a smartphone to do that). The other way is to get the url for an image in text form, copy it, then paste it into search box on google. Again this is easier on a home computer. I am on a phone or I would do a search. Killer car.
Using the picture I.D. and coping and pasting into Google I found it in a post dated May 28, 2008 by Hamb'r "Bent". He has not been on since October 11,2016 ... so I sent him a conversation with the picture. I also tried the "Tinyeye" but got no results. Here is the picture I.D. 7OCT07039BW.jpg Let me know of any other options fellas ...
http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/dreddybears-model-a-coupe-thread-darth-walter.275112/ Here's a link to dreddybears coupe. I'm on my phone too so I can't squint well enough to compare..
I started my coupe in 2007. That car is cool, but not mine. Notable differences- Caddy, 29 vs 30, elec fan, lake pipes, rake, carbs Still though. Rad car. Model As are just so neat!
Does it look like the body is on top of the frame? I think it is, but it's difficult for these old eyes to be certain. Trying to get an idea of what the ground clearance is at the firewall and before the rear tire. Anyone help?
Definitely not channeled. I can see the frame under there. Looks like about 8" or so clearance before the rear tire and much less at the firewall, maybe 4". The frame is swept, but looks a little too severe to be one of Bob's old frames.
