Projects Lonestar Roundup - Vendor Locate

Does anyone know who the guy was selling wheels along the back exterior wall, about center line? He had a small white cargo trailer with wheels and tires on the ground out front. He was at the New Braunfels swap meet as well on Easter weekend. he was at an end spot, same truck trailer, wheels on the ground with a little 10x10 shade tent set up.
