Thank you Don - I was pretty enamored with it and its traveling companions too. You're welcome and thansk Joe - tons more to come. I am glad you noticed Al! Thanks.

Here is one of my favorites of the show and certainly one of the most different. Would love to know more about this 1950 Nash Ambassador.

    You're welcome Andy(OL 55). Thanks.

For those of you who like such things, here is a set of alternate versions of the Hilton Model A group in living B&W.

It took top honors at the Lone Star Deluxe show in Texas City this past weekend. I absolutely LOVE the paint on it. Really is something to behold in person.

Thanks Don (D.N.D.) and PraisDLowrd. Don - I don't think I got any side shots of that 38 due to the way it was situated, but I will check.

Cool photo, glad you managed to get some of it as you really have a great eye. The car is an odd color for photography I think, one color under sun, another under cloud etc.

Thanks Wex65 - I did about 10 variations of this image trying to decide on the "right" one. It's even more fun when trying to print them and get that right. Gorgeous car! I am so glad I got to see it on its first major trip.

The MaN behind the camera.... he's usually pretty easy to spot at a show because he's forging ahead to uncharted waters! LOL!
Sorry Dan, had to do it! LSR 4-15 (279).JPG

No problem at all Jimmy. I like that picture and any picture that doesn't make me look way overweight is a good picture. Plus who wouldn't love wearing a helmet like that.

I hope some time in the future I will get a chance to photograph it more properly.

  27. As always Dan GREAT photos and thanks for taking the time to post them for us all to enjoy. Really dig the 32 sedan in B&W photo. Hope to meet up with you some day.

As usual, great job Dan. What impresses me the most is how quickly you download and edit your pics and post them here. I still haven't my pictures from my camera or phone from the same event. You look too young to be retired with all this time on your hands. BO
