Can I source Holley 94 base gasket and 1948 flathead waterpump gaskets locally from O'reilley, Napa, or similar? Part #'s? Don't want to send off for something minimal like that. Any ideas?

    Thanks

I'd call and ask, hopefully you get someone that can look it up in the book.

Any HAMBER work at a parts store? That could check the computer/catalog?

NAPA has the carb and the engine sets. From memory, I believe the NAPA engine gasket catalogues end with a breakdown list of individual gaskets and order numbers. Hope they still do.

I can imagine the questions the counterperson at (other than a NAPA or real parts store) would ask............zip code, year, make, color, etc. then after 15 minutes on computer has to find someone who knows how to use "the C word" (catalog!) <grin>

Yeah...look in the front window, if you don't see anyone over 50 behind the counter hit another NAPA until you find someone who remembers how to log on to a book...
