I think it is a 1940 Ford Mandarin Maroon.
Looks like the color that was on my 38 Chevy. It was a Dodge color Crimson Red. I believe 89 Dodge. It was more of a blood red. Ask me how I know.
Thanks for posting,,waiting for the next installment. HRP

I think it maybe the other way around, this photo below is from the 2012 Hot Rod Revolution, it was a running driving hot rod. Bob Bleed finished it at his new shop Midwest Fabrications, I am not sure if Bob owns it.
2012 Hot Rod Revolution
It was also shown in Mad Fabricators 7 driving to the Revolution.
Nice photography Tom! Your a damn good airbrusher also. Chris Christensen
kudos on sharing.....
Yes, you're the only one who thinks that.
None of those things are original to the "Chemical City Coupe". I doubt the CCC car had any influence on this one.
thanks Tom and all the others for the view....
Anymore of this one ? awesome pics btw....
Hi Tom, Driving home Sunday from the show and am enjoying your excellent photos from the show I missed because I was inside vendor building all day. Why no excellent photos of vendors? - HA!, wait a minute I already know what they look like - it was the cars right out the doors I missed. Good show pictures are tough to get and yours are great. Keep up the good work, BO
