Little help? 41 Dodge brake adjustment procedure needed!

afternoon, Kids!

I am looking for the proper way to adjust the drums on a 1941 Dodge Luxury Liner Coupe.

It looks kinda like early ford, but the adjusters are at the bottom.

I could probably screw with it long enough to get it stopping, but if anyone has a proven formula, or better yet, a tech manual, that would be peachy.
