Links in threads not working?

Most of the time when I click on links (to other HAMB threads) I get the following ERROR and PERMISSION MESSAGE.

Is something not working right, or do I have to do something special or different than clicking on the link?

I've never had that problem....do you get the error when clicking on this link?
