A bit of an anticyclecar, to my mind. If I were to spend a day or two pondering the design, tweaking it here and there, improving this detail and rethinking that, I shall doubtless find at the end of that time that I have designed a Morgan 3-wheeler c.1927 ...

There is an argument that it'd be more environmentally friendly with a motorcycle engine in it, but it's an argument the HAMB is not the place to make.

Frankly I would prefer the 1927 Morgan or maybe even earlier. This one is from 1914.

    Hello,
Our Rolf had a great idea and made a magnificent realisation!
Practically, he built a new English Frazer-Nash special from scratch, excluding Curtiss aero engine OX5 V, including design and construction. It looks to me excellent, from general layout to details...
Rolf, I wish you a fast recovery from a traffic accident!

    Regards, Zoran

Sure does qualify. pretty laid back here. Even if it didn't fit the mold.....nobody would say anything.

Made my own with a thick wall DOM tube. Tested on the table to get full articulation without bump steer. Heim joints for adjustability. Made DOM A-arms with sheet metal top to make it look tidy. IMG_4602.JPG IMG_4500.JPG IMG_4514.JPG IMG_4557.JPG

Thanks Rod! I live in Fairbanks, the interior. The storms and subsequent damage are on the west coast...about 525 miles from here. We did get some rain, but not much.

I'm always amazed at the number of Amilcars that made their way to OZ. I'm even further amazed at the number that survive today.

I think you would know a lot more about that than I do, but Oz must have been a significant market for many kinds of European and American cars in the early decades of motoring. (I had never heard of Massola until I found that photo today and the most I know about Amilcar is probably from this thread.)

Edit: I just searched 'Amilcar' and I see there's a 'bookofface' page for Amilcars in Oz; I must have a good look at it .............
