Great thread guys! Be sure to check out www.carsrotting.com . They're located in White Georgia and offer tours of the yard. Anyone up for a field trip?

I shot the pics of that ol Merc. It's located on a buddy of mines place here in North Georgia. It was rolled on to it's side ages ago so that the rearend could be cut out easier. It's sat there so long that the entire driver's side of it rusted out.... They're talking about selling it for scrap.

Here's a couple other pics I shot on the same property.

I'm trying to talk him out of the steering wheel that's in this one.

He keeps talking about dragging out this old International. Claims it ran when parked.

  7. It looks like they wacked off the trees before they crashed down on the truck and then yanked the truck out to safety>>>>.

The trees tried to eat this old dodge sedan but we lifted it out, and put it back on the road, kind of.

  18. My Deuce Cabriolet "Tree Car" that came out of the Cherry Hills area by Denver. It was saved from the tree by Ted and Don, long time hot rodders. Ted cut the car in half to get it away from the tree. The metal was in very good shape for sitting there for almost 40 years. It's back together now.

Here it is back together in one peice with new patch panels, floor and the windshield posts and frame.

It's my Deuce project #3 waiting to be built as a full fendered long distance cruiser on a new Kiwi Konnection frame.
