I am just finishing repowering my 5w coupe with the nailhead I just finished building over the last 5 years.
Yea I know no sence rushing you know.
So I am building the exhaust with 2.5 ss mandrel bends and I am at the rear of the car thinking I need tailpipes but where to put them.
Keep them in the middle tight to each other or space them evenly between the tail lights. Too many choices and I tend to draw a blank sometimes.
So,mighty powered of the hamb gather and help me make a decision how they need to look.
    It's a 60s gasser/race car look.
Let's see some pictures of what you got.

I would like to see these also so here's a bump for a fellow New Yorker

  3. I'll dig up a pic of mine. There are so many lake pipes and open headers that a full exhaust system is getting to be a rarity for a model a.

WOW,nice ride and that does look slick.
Great stance btw scrap metal, nice job. I would love to go that route, but suspension and mufflers make it inpossible . My entire fuel system runs outside the rail under the splash apron with a return as well.
    Stuck going out the back.
    Thanks for the replies guys.
