    Just another SBC, but this engine got me into cars 30 years ago when my dad raced it. Then into my high school Camaro after the original engine, Magically blew up. 10:1 355 with a hyd. comp cam and now a 3x2.

    Soo cool to see that dual quad Cadillac power plant tucked in there! ...super tight...especially judging by the clearance of the generator V-belt. Nicely done!

    Looks like a late ‘50’s 283 oil bath that has been modified with a different base. That throttle linkage is from an AFB, the new base supports a paper element and adapts the oil bath top.

    There are dozens (& dozens) of exquisite engines shown in this thread. This is one of the better ones.
