Did your 37 come from Washington state.?

  2. This is one being built for my workplace: http://www.chevsofthe40s.com/ and will be a magazine feature car.

1941 Chev. C5 Corvette drivetrain and suspension. Sectioned body, crown taken out of the roof, widened rear fenders, pancaked hood. Gonna be way low.

That will be cool with a rake and big and littles.

My personal style preference for Pre '48 sedan deliveries is to keep the utilitarian look, but with the rake and big and littles and black steelies. Simple colors, maybe a period type two tone, but not with crazy modern colors or candies.

I just stumbled across this panel truck the other day. I love this look and just imagine it slammed. I like the white, but I don't know that I could bring myself to do it to mine, as I've never been big on white. But there's something about this that I love. They weren't luxury sedans, with whitewalls, they were working trucks. I already have a logo designed for the side of mine. Like I said though, that's just my personal take on sedan deliveries. A quick search through Google will show that 95% of sedan delivery owners don't agree. :D

VERY COOL!! My Father in law is building a single rear door "A" delivery just like this. He was able to build a custom frame, fitting a BBC and T400 in it. Its gonna be a bad machine!!
