My delivery. My old coupe and a couple sedans.
LOVE your sedan delivery!! So clean, with a great wheel/tire combo.
Joe and Clay beat me to posting my two '40's in the thread.
I had gotten a PM from Ashley Gillick, asking about using the one of the '40s for a photo shoot. Julia, the model, fell in love with the stake truck, so it made the cut. Had a blast working with the two of them and this is one of my favorite shots from the day. The truck is mostly stock, with dual glasspacks and an altitude adjustment.
This is the coupe, with lots of miles added since the photo that Joe posted, and a new set of American TTOs. I took this photo at the 2014 Frog Follies. The blue '37 is @cvstl.
Just pictures I've taken over the past few years.
This is a really great thread! So many beautiful 40's out there. Here's mine at the Mass Cruisers 2014 show
I ran an old set of American 5 spokes that I had polished for many years.
Mine since 57
57, holy shit!
I have never been a fan of white 40's but sure like yours. Can we see more?
It even has the Plymouth cones we all lusted for. Had a neighbor with a red 40 coupe with those cones and I wanted one just like it. Your 40 is beautiful, 57 years is a long time to hold on to one.
Well, that is the last time I will try that quoting two posts in one.
The ragtop in post 107 drives me bananas---
Boy I remember when those 57 Plymouth caps were the hot set up before everyone went to "baby moons" around here.
Fifty odd years with the same car, impressive for sure.
Great shots--I recognize the cloud mist 40 woody--did that one for a friend a few years ago.
Ken Gross's 40.
Since this photo I've added the front bumper.
Mines a trashed beater compaired to the others posted.
^^^^Still cool though^^^^
I know it's not traditional but it was bad ass!
ol 55: I saw your pics of Chucks coupe. I co-incidentally posted a pic of it on page one. Great car and guy. Tim
Here's one, and can't resist the two 39's.
