The ONE, the ONLY, the "ORIGINAL", the only real vintage speed meet in New England, is coming up fast. October 18th in ROCHESTER, MA. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE FLYERS YOU MAY HAVE SEEN, advertising an event called "keeper's of the flame". They are saying they are formerly the gathering of the faithful and it's their 9th annual. Jack Wegman's New England speed meeting, the "Gathering of the Faithful," is still the original and it is his 9th annual. Just make sure that the show you go to on October 18th is on RT 105 in Rochester, Mass, not in Marion on RT6. If you see a cannon out front of the VFW, you were mis-directed. Go back to RT 105 and go north, young man, go NORTH on RT 105. See you there.

I'll be there as always...IMHO, this is one of the premier shows we have on the east coast. If anyone can make it, they should deffinately go! I'll be towin the '65 Stevens drag boat over again this year.
A nsra safty inspection team will be thear if you would like a safty check. Anouther set of eyes cant hurt.
