Great story. Thanks for the morning chuckle.
Oh dear, is that weve been having power cuts in france aswell ??
Youve caused international mayhem, stock market computers going down etc etc.
The "bird" hit the pole so hard that it has made the earth move slightly on its axes,
Oh well could of been worse
And it righted itself in the air and went into WTF mode?
Lol thats great. Nice recovery however, still got the three of you in frame
This is great! What a shot... until he snagged that line.
Lets do it again....................
Tearing up your stuff at high speed is traditional.
Just a short step away Boss. HRP
Dammit, you're gonna get in trouble with that thing!
OTOH, cool vid!
Lol! I hope the drone survived. Although the video was not what you wanted, you did capture a kool story.
No one got the tail number.
Screw the roadster let's have some fun.
hey while I got your attention on the HAMB Drags coverage this year could you give me a big red Zapata mustache and a Sombrero? You know Yosemite Sam-esque.
Criminal behavior is no excuse for having fun, or is it 'Having fun is no excuse for criminal behavior?' I forget, where is my gun?
Mr. Burns will have Smithers chase you for this one!
what a great way to shoot video!
could have been worse.
I'm going to be this guy. This type of behavior is exactly the reason why legitimate modelers are having their rights stripped away by questionable yet sometimes understandable measures recently taken by the FAA. Measures that are still being fought over. Ryan. Are you a member of the AMA? Do you know what the AMA is? Has your drone ever been registered with the FAA? You need to get educated. Join the AMA and maybe even check out a local RC club so that they can help you out on the proper way to do things. These things aren't toys, and believe or not your actions with your drone are affecting thousands of others, negatively I might add, not just yourself.
I understand what you are saying but I doubt that he was very near an airport or window peeking. Why don't you try going after those peckerwoods?
Just a thought.
I bet you are fun to party with...
I am registered with the FAA... And I had a permit from Hayes county to fly/shoot where we did.
Put away your pitch fork man. It's all good. But you might keep it at arms reach - I'm not afraid to break laws.
...If yer gonna be dumb, ya gotta be tuff...
Expect a hefty bill from the utility if you interrupted power, and you'll also be liable for any customer damages arising from that outage. I know a guy that knocked over a utility transmission line, and his insurance had to pay off on nearly $100K worth of smoked appliances, TVs, etc....
Good god man...
I helped Mike with his skate board once.
So what about it to I got the hat and mustache or not?????
I didn't feel like I had my pitchfork out. Sorry man.
All good man.
I'm thinkin' an alien/flying saucer must have been in the area prolly....zapped the control box I bet.....I wonder if there was crop circles in the area???....cool video up till the little green men took control of the airwaves....lookin' forward to part deux!
I can see you're having fun with it and putting it to good use. It's the assholes who fly those over the freeways here in Houston, during rush hour, that I'm worried about. As usual, the good folks get dumped in the pile with the idiots. Keep doing what you're doing and I'd like to see more.
Great giggle. Glad it didn't land on the roadster. :0)
Dont ever grow up. Break a few laws, providing its safe.
Sometimes even when its not.
Damn, I've missed this place!
