There's a part of me that would leave it as is and just have fun driving....alas I'm a little OCD and I like em a little more finished than this, but It looks kinda cool . I rolled it outside after I put some roller wheels and the body on. I'm moving in three weeks and it's gotta be able to roll onto a trailer....or maybe I should drive it....hmmmm.... anyways this is what it looks like today
That looks slick with that six in it! Nothing wrong with driving it to work the bugs out but that will look swet once its painted and finished...
i hope you are moving into a huge shop with all the gear.....i'd love to see what you come up with ...lol
They're 1/2 inch steel, tapered to seal the pipe and have a 3/8 square drive center with a bolt to attach to a nut welded in a brace inside the pipe.
Nothing better than a 30 - 31 coupe. But 32 gas tanks look like hemmorhoids. Nice inline motor though !!
Just so you know, it's going to have fenders so you won't see the flexi coupler. I figured that with the way the exhaust hangs off the side the vibrations will be magnified and I'm sure things will break. I only got it this far just to roll it onto a trailer.
JETHRO...say didn't we gradeate the 6th grade together MR. CLAMPET! HA! brother that's 1 badass 6 cylinder chevy. would love to know your 1/4 mile e.t. please comeback with info, as us gearheads love that kind of pooky-do...POP.
cool car, nice engine, HATE the four bar. maybe you'll have enough room in your new shop to cut them things off!!!!!!
