@straykatkustoms Windshield and hood hint of shoebox Ford. Did I guess right? So much going on there, not my cup of tea, but .... Ben Hur back wheels on car?

I was guessing shoebox. Lot of stuff I would have not done (Ben Hur spinners would be the first to go) but can you imagine the fun driving it through town.

Is-was this Les Dunham`s Ford. Les is famous for the Super Fly Cadillac builder. The one`s with the big headlights.

If the skirts get any shorter
    and the breezes don't behave,
There'll be two more cheeks to powder
and another place to shave.:D

Wow, that's amazing! It wasn't till I looked at the second picture and then back at the first before it dawned on me that that wasn't a real girl leaning on the Sahara. lol Love looking at model displays like that . The detailing on each car is superb . That even looks like George standing there. I wonder if Jim Mc Neil ever thought of restoring the Hirohata Merc to that version, since that is how he bought and drove it. Larry

All the same car, talked about in the "What ever happened to" thread, or search for "I Cut It" or "Twilight Zone" Merc. blueMercStackedLightsSameCar.JPG 12212016_0001.jpg ICutitMercSameCar.jpg
