One kool example why Kustoms are kool. First glance you would think it is a mild kustom. This 1950 Plymouth Custom has a Chevrolet top with DeSoto rear fenders This is the way they should have built it..

I think this was a Milwaukee Wisconsin car. display card shows Joe Roth built 1962, current owner Marcus Edell. If not we had twin in the Milwaukee area, we also had an awesome purple 59 convertible, owners name was Randy, we went to Apprenticeship school at same time 67/68[IMG]

  4. Turned vertical would look good....

  5. Marcus sold the car a couple years ago. Last seen on a bad used car lot sitting on 22" donk wheels

It's great to see old-timer's still in the game.
    Russ Meeks' Ford...

Graybeards will remember Russ Meeks' sectioned Nomad, built in the Sixties.
(It's another classic that is still with us!)

Among his many other builds was John Corno's 1972 AMBR Award winning, rear-engined, reverse-tilt bodied, full-fendered Model A roadster. .

Saw it or its twin at the Twin City Idlers show last year in Stanwood, WA. It is one of those ideas that sounds great until you see it in person. At least that was the general consensus

  26. I've seen the Rivvy headlights grafted on a few cars and the only one that looked like it "might" work was on a mid to late 60's Caddy ragtop
