  1. Simple-smooth and clean, well executed mild custom. Nice car.

Definitely more an "East Coast" thing (using the term loosely).
I read that Larry Ernst (from Ohio) had to convince the Barris Bros. to use one on his '51 Belair
(the first Chevy hardtop they ever chopped).

Barris "Golden Sahara", designed and financed by Jim Street (also from Ohio).

I think that is the one that Wayne Carini (Chasing Classic Cars) bought.

Paul Vanzella posted this kool build pics on FB. Very kool project and a kool example why I'm into Kustoms. ...." Once we chopped the roof, we stood back and assessed the proportions and angles... very happy with the chop and the height of the A pillar... then Nick Antonellos had a brain wave... " I think we need to fatten up the back quarter... in relation to the new roof line, there is too much negative space in the original wheel well." We all stood back which seemed like an eternity, talking and discussing, envisaging, talking and more discussion, and then playing with some renderings... then, in a flash, Mario Bonnici launched into the execution / challenge.... many, many hours of work just to execute the appropriate wheel arch for this build."
