I'll let this one (by Steve Moal) speak for itself.

Now there's something you don't see everyday. And they pulled it off pretty damn well, too. Add this to the small but growing list of 4 doors that got chopped and actually were an improvement. These Kaisers are pretty cars to begin with, I'm surprised more customs aren't built from them, instead of just bumper overriders and '51 grille bars.
Very Kool! I'm not a big fan of Kaisers, but when they are chopped they do a 180.
I guess its kind a like a 39 & 40 Merc. Lol! Thanks for posting the pic....
This one was at GNRS 2017.

I don't know much about this Chevy, except that the top appears to be de-crowned (as well as heavily chopped),
and that it's a KNOCKOUT!!!
Note the front fender lip on this Poncho....
I don't know if it's decrowned....
The windshield (now one-piece BTW) looks cut down more than the chop to me. Gives it some "brow", almost like a built in visor.
I believe you're right about the crown. I believe that the new shape of the rear window corner (and the heavy chop) visually took some "meat" out of that area.

Pictures from Meecum auction. They must think all cars must have a rake. This is the third or fourth Kustom that I have seen raked out.
This truck is purrfect, could have pictures posted daily.
WOW! Just found this thread. Now I’m drooling all over the iPad. What a mess!
Great pics from all, thanks. Adding Dewey to my bucket list.
