Nope. It's a Lincoln. The shape of the top at rear, tail lights and the squared rear of the front fenders are the giveaway. It's also got iconic Lincoln push button door openers (can't really call them "handles"). Lucas

 

Dalton Carter posted this kool history lesson......When Miss Taboo was in her original prime (59-62) The then owner, Ron Luchs, was in a mod competition with another 56 Chevy in Portland, Or. Ron Hing was building his 56 convertible at the same time. Seems these two cars get confused by a lot of people who were around Portland in the early 60's. The big debate that still continues today is who got the 60 Chrysler tail lights first. Thankfully both cars are still around today and still showcasing the Portland scene of the early 60's.

Not a Chebby guy, but I really liked this ride. "Less is more" - just the right touches to set off the custom work - nicely minimalist in a very understated way. Then I saw the plate and had to post a comment.

I like Kustoms because the only limit is your imagination. Some guys don't get that but it's kool to see someone try something new. Love the Kustom work on this Nash.
