From South Omaha Turds show... I really like the clean look on this Advanced Design truck. Homebuilt from who-knows-what parts? Would really "pop" after a trip to the chrome shop.

The Sonny Morris Merc. Originally built by Joe Bailon. It would later be owned , chopped and restored by Sterling Ashby of Mr Merc fame . Some where either in this thread or the 49-51 Merc Thread are pictures of how a recent owner made it his own by repainting it in a lavender shade , different interior and big wheels. I do not believe he has any idea of the custom history he destroyed. To bad. Larry

Mead Nebraska 2021. '55 Vicky in progress. Owner said his dad and another guy had chopped several Omaha area cars in the 70's and 80's. @stanlow69 DSCN3981.JPG DSCN3983.JPG DSCN3982.JPG DSCN3980.JPG

South Omaha Turds show at GI Forum... Check out the louvered deck lid and the cool grill. What year car is that from? Up close ... its a smoothie bar with drawer pulls attached.
