The exhaust on my chevy runs though the lake pipes. The exhaust comes off the engine, down under the car and through the glass packs then the pipes turn to the outside and exit out the ends of the lake pipes. There is a pipe welded to the inside of the end of the lake pipe that the exhaust connects to.

Got to see the Caddy this weekend. Took some close up shots of the front and back roof lines. Unfortunately I couldn't see any type of latch system inside, unless they were hidden behind the sun visors.

Here you can see the rubber on the top off the roof line.


Hard too see but you can see the window trim sitting lower and behind the rear body trim.

 

@59FORD Thank you very much for the detail pics. Wow what a craftsman. I don't feel so bad not knowing it was a hard top convertible. Anyone would have a hard time seeing it by looking at your pics.
