Customs Kustom survivor, 1950 Ford

    The usual treatment of a mild custom is to smooth the trunk. It was gorgeous when they completed it but time has revealed the same crude welding without dressing the welds and a liberal application of bondo. Painted areas are still mostly covered but the bondo has flaked off leaving rust. It looks like an extremely thin application may have been better than the 3/8" found here

    The front of this red car is almost identical to my Kustom survivor except there never was a grill in mine. patecustom.jpg

    I have always loved Ford Shoe Boxes !!!
    And this one is no different...really like the radius rear wheel openings...
    I would love to have that car as a project..
