That is actually an Oldsmobile.

 

When customizing that Buick, don’t toss that 263, unless you toss it my way! This old gal needs a heart transplant! Standard transmission engine.

I've been fantasizing about buying this car...I can't swing it, but maybe one of you madmen could.It's a more-door, but I think it looks awesome, like '40s Detroit streamline-style concept art.

Looks like an abandoned 90s project that wants to be a kustom. Chopped (and leaded??), louvered hood, SBC swapped with maybe a Nova clip. Rough and ugly but seems solid, grille is straight, $1500 Canuck bucks and the seller clearly has no idea what it is. Clearly been sitting a long while. Maybe it doesn't have a title, or is a scam of some sort...but I'd hate to see it get crushed.
Apologies if you were gonna buy it and somebody else grabs it now, haha.
