It was great seeing a lot of you HAMB friends at Back to the Fifties this weekend! Jeff and I made it home in my '30 Roadster just before the storm hit on Fri. And thank God because the storm took 5 huge trees in our yard. It was really awesome of Wings Kalahan's wife Mary and the AM 740 guys for announcing the Krome 'n Kandy show all weekend. We can't wait to unleash Wings to spin records at our show that he's usually told not to by other shows.

 

Pre-registration and the Krome 'n Kandy discounted rooms at Treasure Island Casino are both ending on June 28. Get signed up quick!

Gates open at 2pm on Fri, bowling at 5pm, and beach party on the Mississippi (within walking distance) at 8pm. Post a pic of your car! We'd love to see it.

hope I can get some parts to put my car together after a brake failure coming back from des moines, and its also a guess what fits on a modified car
that was a adventure with the brake booster pushing backwards sometimes and the window wiper expired when we hit the rainstorms in the cities
guess its all part of the adventure
may even take the Harley to Sturgis to see if old age has killed me off yet?

Our band, Thee Unholy 3, had a great time at the beach party last night. Stacie tried to kill our drummer with a 7+ minute version of Wipeout but watching the "twist" party in front of us made it fun.

It looked like everyone was having a lot of fun I bet it will be even more fun next year.
