I'm looking for Tri-5 customs, Hot Rods & Gassers with stories to add to my web site. Stories and pics appreciated. I am wanting to start a whole section on my website dedicated to Tri-5 Customs, Hot Rods & Gassers.

Sounds pretty on-topic to me. :)

  3. Here's my old '55 BA Hardtop. Its sort of a '60's-theme hot rod- SBC with fuelie heads, Muncie M-21, Hurst shifter, metalflake steering wheel, Moon gas pedal, yada, yada yada...

I built it while on active duty in CA, drove it to VA, FL, ME, and back to VA. Did Americruise '98 and reached 105mph at Charlotte during a Goodguys show :D.

Here's my 55, that I've owned since 1977, when I was 14 years old. The first pic was from a previous owner, in about 1971. The second from 1979. The last ones are current. It still has the same 283, (bored to 301), and 4 speed that I put in when I first bought it.
