    Hey HAMBers,

I've been sneaking around here quite a lot lately and I think I'm staying! Since last week I own a '50 Ford Custom 2-door sedan(my first car ) that I bought from another HAMBer.

    A quick intro:
I'm Wouter, 24 yrs in about 20 minutes, from the Netherlands and still in school. Currently I'm a parttimer in a relatively small factory. Obviously I share the same kind of irrational love for the automobile as you guys and I'm pretty sure I'll learn a lot from the HAMB.

Welcome Wouter. Looks like a great showbox. How about more photos and a little abount the mechanical bits and pieces? Hot rodding, custom cars, are truly international. Great stuff!!

Thanks guys! I'll shoot some more photos in the next couple of days.
The '50 is almost completely stock, with the original V8 flathead, original wiring, etc.

Originally from the Dallas plant, but I bought it from Sam in Miami. It's always a gamble to buy cars ofcourse, but this has turned out better than expected!

Plans are to get some plates in the next couple of weeks. I want it to sit a couple of " lower, new paint (a part of the rear is still in primer) and probably replacing the glass and rubbers.

After that I'll have to save up to buy some go-fast-goodies, but as I'm sort of on a budget it might take longer than I'd like.
