Is there going to be a HAMB meet and greet there this year? If so where and when? I missed meeting everyone last year ,guess I was walking around checking out the cool rides and didn't realize the time had passed for the HAMB meet and greet.Got to talk to a couple of ya during the event. It is cool talking face to face after communicating with you guys here on the HAMB. If ya see me with the gold Airflow give me a hollar.

The HAMB meet & greet will be in the middle of the park by the Merc Gathering
I'll post more later about it. Denise talked to me at the Round up and appointed
me in charge of the meet and greet this year. I'll post more later......

Awww, you know some of these guys Dennis, they think the HAMB makes them sorta special, so they have to have a special meet to pat themselves on the back...besides, I have short arms...

My wife (Renee) bakes a mean cookie, If I don't eat them all on the way up, we will
    have some cookies.

Received my confirmation today #529, I'm ready to go.

We intend to bring the wife's truck this time.

Is that why you and your brother dragged me to the meet-n-greet last year.

Oh, I guess I'll drive the Model A to the Salina show and Friday night drags. The Chevy II is a lot flashier, but with it being a drag car, it has to be trailered. I like putting miles on the ol' Ford so I'll make 2 trips from my home near Wichita to Salina over the weekend. How about if you go to the HAMB Drags and witness my alcohol-sucking, wheel-standing Chevy II there?

If the meet and great is at "High" noon we will be there. The Ranch Wagon will be proudly displaying the plate topper sold in my home town in 1956 to raise money for new band uniforms, the busines was my parents, Cairo Car Clinic and Cafe. This was rescued by an old school mate from his uncles estate sale and given to me. ~sololobo~

  21. I'm gonna be there with the same old ride. That is, if I don't hurt it too bad running it at the speed trials in Loring, Maine. I'll have cylinder heads in the trunk for Kerry (in Salina- not Maine). A double feature, burgers, malts and lies sounds like the ticket, Jay!

New trans isn't dialed in yet. New tires aren't in the budget after the trans.

I think the nad department will be up to the task although Poverty has me worried.

I can do a list again if you guys want.

  30. No offense to the locals but the area restaurants I've always found have been awful. I think a list is in order. Despite the food, greatest show on earth.
