Just got back from the Rust Revival!

I know that this is the best time I have ever had with my cloths on!!

It was reat to see some old friends and meat a load of new ones. I see the names on the HAMB all the time and now I can put a face to the name.

Breeder was his fun loving self and does more for this hobby than you can believe. Mrs Breeder (Shana) is as sweet as the day is long and must be given credit for putting up with all of Todds free spirit.

A big thanks goes out to the Vagabonds for all there hard word and bartending.

The music on Friday night and all day Sat. One of our club members (Jim) tore up the stage on Sat night with the other 2 members of the Rumble Jets. If you have not had a chance to hear them you need to make it a must do.

I will try to get some pictures posted today so that you can see what you missed out on.

Man, I had a blast...and all Melissa kept saying the 5+ hour drive home was "I can't wait to go back next year!"...I wish I could have helped out with the show more on Saturday, but we showed up late and I got swamped doing pinstriping...I never even got pics of my work...I can't wait for January...

 

Hell yeah. LOL

 

I had a blast, what can I say... good friends, good music, and cool cars. I was more than happy to help my kropduster sisters out. I can't wait for next year!

 

Did anybody else see the gal do the "steamroller" during the Rumble Jets show outside. I nearly pissed myself

 

Mike, there were far too many of those moments to list them all, but that one had me laughing my ass off...and it's always good times to see Charles Manson on the dance floor...hahaha

 

Yep I caught her act. What a gal, what a gal!!!. and Charlie, the lady killer, he had'em all swooning.

Photos? Photos? You haven't seen anything till Denise puts her's up, providing they can get by the censors.

If anyone who stayed at the Super 8 Saturday night, and finds some false teeth out in the parking lot, they're mine, you can PM me and I'll give you my address. I think I lost them when I was laughing my ass off, and they fell out.

Next year, I think Todd will be giving out stickers, that say "I Survived the Rust Revival", instead of T shirts.

The Rust Revival is what it's all about. Thanks Todd, I'll phone you when you're able to understand what I'm saying.

Agreed, Ruiner, That short hand shake and Hello was just way too short Friday night. I was pooped then, and had to call it a night. I'll catch up with ya later though.

Did anybody who stayed at the super 8 here of an alien abduction last night? I spotted hyrogliphic drawings in the parking lot describing the event. It looked like some even had there guns pulled out. I wont mention any names until next of kin are notified

 

Keith, it was great meeting you and Julie...even if you both kept giving me crap all weekend...I can't wait to do it again, but rest assured I'm gonna piss and moan just as much next time about the lack of sleep, Melissa says bitching is what I do best...and thanks to everyone for helping out and showing up!

I heard they were takin and had their anus probed in a space ship of some kind. They were found at a 7-11 down south.

What a waste of a perfectly good weekend when I could have been working. BUT NOOOO... instead I had to go to were in the F@#K is Wayland MO to a freakin car show, meet up with my bros, meet a bunch of new faces, and basically had a BLAST. The bands rocked all day long, and well into the late night. The Revival must be really important since they release Charles Manson for the weekend to attend, and man can he shake a leg.

Thanks to Todd, Shana and the Kropdusters for putting on such a great little show.

 

Me and the family had a great time! Nice meeting you Keith & Julie. Hopefully next go around we can bring the roadster too!

 

I saw the whole durn thing. Lights was flashin. Crazy noises was going off. Then all a sudden this huge flying hubcap fell from the sky. And these 2 or 3 little green men jumped out and started trying to steal our PBR. I think they hypmotized us all. I was scared and almost peed myself. Luckily, one of the the ladies from up North was immune to alien freaky stuff and disarmed the little guys. That's what the main drawing on the parking lot showed. Our savior in the middle attacking the big red guns of the little guys. I hope I never see anything like that again.

 

You know, you always hear the phrase "You had to be there". Well this is one of those times! This was my second RR and my first one as a Kropduster. I got the chance to meet so many great folks I wouldn't know where to begin writing about it and I would surely forget some. So all I can really say is 364 days and counting!

 

A good time was had by all, the bands were great, Wayland ROCKS and I can't wait for the next one, great show todd.

 

Here's Chuck cuttin the rug. That guy was really a player. He was dancing with any gal (un)lucky enough to be anywhere near him.

 

We had a great time as well. Man what a party and for Sam and Cathy to stick it out after what happened to them 3 mins after we left my house was super cool! I dont know of many people that could have or would have done that.
It was great to see and meet everybody thanks to all for a great time Mike
