    Was that Claude Holt's yard? I walked through there once in the early 90's. Lots of good stuff.
  2. Holt's yard is in Fayetteville Tennessee. Last time I went by there it looked like nothing much left good, mostly rust. I didn't go looking around though. He can be ornery.

    Old Claud has gone to that great Junk yard in the sky. But i was told that some one close buy had bought all of his stuff. He had some rare cars in there!!!!!!!

    LaFayette Tn is close to KY line ,Fayettville Tn is in south TN,close to Al line.
  9. Oh, I didn't know that. Last time I saw him was at an auction about 5 or 6 years ago I think (time flies when you are old). He sure had a lot of cars at one time. Bought a bunch from him over the years, sometimes easy to deal with, other times.....won't even talk to you.
    I hope the new owner doesn't crush it all. Lots of good stainless in there. I don't think there is much good sheet metal left.
